Dealers appraise it

Once your details are reviewed, your vehicle goes to our dealer network and dealers submit their appraisals.

What happens during inspection:

  • We come to your location — your home, storage, wherever it is
  • 30–45 minute thorough inspection
  • We check chassis, water damage, appliances, bodywork, compliance
  • We explain everything we see — good and bad
  • We confirm or adjust our offer based on actual condition
You’re welcome to ask questions throughout. This is a collaborative process, not an interrogation.
STEP 3 — Cash in your account in hours

Talk to Hayden

Hayden calls you to walk through the result. If you decide to go ahead, he explains the inspection, paperwork, payment and collection steps.

  • We transfer funds via EFT to your nominated account
